Beth Meyer-Bulley, Psy.D., PMH-C

My path to becoming a clinical psychologist has been guided by a deep interest in how people heal, adapt, and find meaning during life’s most challenging moments. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through transitions, grief, anxiety, and identity shifts. My own journey into parenthood deepened my awareness of the unique emotional challenges surrounding pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and fertility experiences, propelling me to seek advanced training and certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My experiences shaped my passion for walking alongside individuals and families through these seasons of life. While perinatal mental health is a specialty of mine, I also value working with adults of all backgrounds as they move through life’s challenges and transitions, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to my work, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater presence and self-compassion.

I provide affirming care for individuals of all identities and backgrounds, including LGBTQ+, diverse racial and cultural communities, individuals of all faiths and spiritualities (or none at all), veterans, immigrants, refugees, those navigating fertility, parenthood, trauma, or non-traditional relationships. Everyone deserves compassionate support that honors their story.

Aside from my professional life, I enjoy creating memories with my husband, our two children, and our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. As a family, we love spending time outdoors, playing sports, discovering new restaurants, and traveling to places where we can immerse ourselves in different cultures.

I am licensed to practice in both California and Virginia.
